 Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in Lighthouse Commercial Mortgage (LCM).  Located in Columbus, Ohio, we are a leading provider of large commercial and multi-family housing loans ($250,000 and up) who can offer both performance and an emphasis on customer service.

Our principals and core team have over a century of combined experience in lending and real estate, and LCM itself has been involved in this corner of the market for over a decade. That experience, when combined with the critical thinking skills and financial savvy of our team, allows us to aggressively pursue financing for all kinds of commercial loans.

Our strong relationships with banks and lending agencies further enable us to give our clients the very best deal available, and reflect the trust those institutions have placed in us over the years.

Customer service is a lynchpin of our business model. It is a natural byproduct of our experience and skill in tailoring financing to the needs of each particular client, and though no two loans are ever exactly the same, our experiences and relationships make a stressful and difficult process manageable for our clients.
